I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and impeccably clean, plus having Keurigs in the room was a nice touch. The service was top-notch with very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, especially for my daughters attending Western Carolina University. The dining options were good, offering free coffee and tea all day, although some items were not of the highest quality.

I had an interesting experience with this hotel. The rooms were really clean and spacious, but unfortunately, my reservation was canceled over an hour before by the general manager because we hadn't confirmed our arrival. The service was very polite and accommodating, especially given our situation fleeing Hurricane Irma with a dog, except for the check-in experience. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, needing improvement despite serving regional bread. The facilities were generally good.
